On September 17, 1993 my family and I opened the door to Rudy’s Tenampa Taqueria.  Since then we have strived to bring Kansas City and surrounding areas the best in traditional Mexican food and authentic Mexican seafood.  

Our traditional foods include Mexican style fried tacos, homemade pork tamales, menudo and chicken and mole.  Our seafood items include Kansas City's original “Fish Tacos”, Shrimp Tacos, and ceveche.
