Thank you for considering Rudy’s Tenampa Taqeuria for your catering needs.  We will do our utmost to make your event a success.  We will bring you the finest quality Mexican Food from our kitchen to your table.

Delivered from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. 
Choose from the following buffets to suit your certain event.

Taco Bar - $7.00 per person:

Chicken or beef or combo
Rice, beans, taco shells, soft shells (optional)
Chips, sauce, plates, and plastic ware
Delivered and setup in aluminum disposable pans.

( With an enchilada or burrito casserole - $8.00 per person )

Fajita Bar - $8.00 per person:
Beef or chicken or combo
Beans, rice, Pico de Gallo, soft shell tortillas
Chips, sauce, plates, and plastic ware
Delivered and setup in aluminum disposable pans

( With an enchilada or burrito casserole - $9.00 per person )

Casseroles – full pans feed approximately 25 – 30 people, half pans feed approximately 15 – 20 people.

Choices:
Enchilada – chicken, beef (ground beef) or cheese & onion
Burrito – diced pork, shredded beef, or chicken

Desserts - priced seperately

Sopapillas - $1.25 each
lightly fired tortillas topped with cinnamon and a side of honey.

Postre de Chimis - $1.50 each
Golden fried tortilla filled with cheese cake filling and sprinkled with powdered sugar.

Churros - $1.00 each
lightly fried cinnamon stick pastry

Apple Filled Churros - $1.25 each
lightly fried cinnamon stick pastry with apple filling

Soft drinks: $1.60 each:
Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Sierra Mist, and Bottled Water

Catering deliveries under 20 will be charged a $10.00 delivery fee.

The following buffets are availble anytime:

$10.00 per person -

Choice of meats: diced pork, shredded beef, or chicken or combo of all three.

Enchiladas of your choice: cheese and onion, beef (hamburger), or chicken.

Cuetes – crisp mini tortilla filled with beef, beans and jalapeno seasoning.  Beans, rice and fideo.  Chile Verde, Pico de Gallo, tortillas, chips and sauce.

Upgraded plastic plates and utensils.  Delivered and setup buffet style in chafing dishes with temperature controlled heat.

$9.50 per person

Skinless and boneless chicken breast topped with our savory Chile Ancho Mole sauce.  Comes with beans, rice, fideo, chips and sauce, tortilla.  All served with upgraded plates and plastic ware.

A traditional Mexican Wedding Dinner.  Let the fiesta begin!

$10.00  per person

Beef or chicken or combo.

Burrito choices:

Comes with beans, rice, chips and sauce, Pico de Gallo, and soft shell tortillas.

We will setup in chafing dishes with temperature controlled canned heat.

Cheese and onion, chicken or beef

Burrito choices:
Diced Pork, ground beef or shredded beef, chicken. 
Comes with beans, rice, chips and sauce, and tortillas (hard and soft shell availble).

We will setup in chafing dishes with temperature controlled canned heat.

$12.00 per person

Camarones (shrimp sautéed in garlic butter and a white wine sauce), chicken fajitas, rice, beans (whole or refried), fideo (angel hair pasta), guacamole, Pico de Gallo, sour cream, chips and sauce, and soft shell tortillas.

Served with upgraded plates and plastic ware.  We will setup  chafing dishes with temperature controlled heat.

Quantity of food is based on piece count.  We will customize appetizers amount to your preference.  Perfect for casual standup gathering.

All delivered and setup buffet style in chafing dishes.

Flan - $3.00 each
(24-hr notice required for Flan)
A Traditional Mexican favorite made with vanilla, kahlua and eggs.

Sopapillas - $1.25 each

We also offer serving staff, bar and bartender, Margarita machines, as well as Mariachi bands. Let us know if we can add the final touch to your event.
